The first product was a telephone controlling system designed for companies called NETEL8, to controls the calls made by each employee independently from the phone or the used extension from which the call was made. This product was a real milestone for the telephone industry. After that DESTEL launched to the market the ZDIAL high quality multiline router, used by several telephone operators, which stood out splendidly because of it´s reliability opposite to the habitual products in the market.
LOCUTEL the todays company´s star product, joints two functions; real-time billing and routing. It´s known to be the one with the top reliability figure in it´s product scale.

The central office situates in Madrid with the administrative department, submission and quality control. Close to this central is the training centre and the new products development facilities where a group of hardware and software engineers develop new innovative products and improve the ones already in the market, this way allowing the customer always to have access to products of most recent technology. The manufacturing is totally outsourced through professional service suppliers, of extremely high quality to satisfy the customer´s needs and with the maximum agility having practically an unlimited capacity to submit in very short periods of time.
